Returns can be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
All approved returns will be refunded back to your selected payment method.
Shipping cost of return will be beared by Buyer.
Strictly no exchange of products.
• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returns are subjected to approval based on proof of product.
o Returned items must be returned in original packaging, unopened with seal still intact.
o Returned items must NOT be used.
• Shipping fee will not be refunded.
• We will not responsible for any damaged/ lost mail during return.

4. (Optional) Reason for return
5. Photo of item(s)
Broken/ Damaged/ Lost Products
We provide full refund for items that are damaged and/or broken or lost during shipping. We also offer replacement(s) depending on stock availability.
1. Damaged/ Broken/ Lost product via Normal mail
2. Damaged product due personal mishandling
3. Damaged packaging but product intact
4. Leaked product due to its nature, production, or air freight
To file for refund or replacement, do contact us and provide the following:

2. Item to be returned
4. To be Refunded/ Replaced
5. Photo of parcel when it arrived
6. Photo of damaged product together with shipping label & package
